MATURE MAKEUP MASTERCLASS – BY POPULAR DEMAND After many requests, I’m delighted to announce my Mature Makeup Masterclass, designed specifically for ladies aged 40+ who want to feel confident and comfortable doing their own makeup. Event details Date: Thursday 19th February 2026 Time: 7pm (2-hour masterclass) Location: Oh Hel Makeup Studio, Handley Arcade, Mansfield, NG18 1NQ Who this masterclass is for This session is perfect for anyone who feels their makeup routine needs a refresh, wants to better understand what suits them now, or would love to learn how to transition their makeup from day to night with confidence. What you will learn How to create a fresh, flattering everyday makeup look How to easily transform that look into an evening or night-time style Makeup techniques tailored for mature skin Where to add glow and subtle sparkle without emphasising fine lines Honest product recommendations – what is worth investing in and what is not What’s included A glass of Prosecco on arrival A goodie bag for each attendee, including discount vouchers and small surprises A live demonstration in a relaxed, supportive environment Important booking information Spaces at the studio are very limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis Due to the high level of interest, if demand exceeds the available studio spaces, there may be the option to move to a larger venue and release additional tickets Booking in advance is essential to secure your place Booking Tickets must be booked via my online booking system. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1.1. Age Requirement Our teen makeup school is strictly for young people aged 11 to 16 years on the date of the course. 1.2. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made via our official booking form or website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. Payments are non-refundable (see Section 2 for exceptions). Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 1.3. Parental/Guardian Consent A signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian is mandatory before attendance. This includes consent for participation, emergency contact information, medical conditions, allergies, and photo/video permissions. 1.4. Course Fees Include: Professional tuition Use of professional makeup kits and brushes Printed workbook Certificate of completion Refreshments (please notify us of any allergies) 2. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds 2.1. Cancellations by You (the Client) Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a 50% refund or a course transfer (subject to availability). Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2.2. Cancellations by Us If we need to cancel or reschedule the course due to illness, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another available date. 3. Attendance & Conduct 3.1. Punctuality Students should arrive on time to allow for a prompt start. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the session and we cannot extend time for individual students. 3.2. Behaviour Expectations We promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Parents will be contacted and students may be asked to leave without refund if behaviour is inappropriate. 4. Safeguarding & Wellbeing 4.1. Supervision All staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding. Students are supervised at all times during the course. Parents/guardians must collect students promptly at the end of the session. 4.2. Medical Needs & Allergies It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform us of any medical needs, allergies, or additional support requirements prior to the course. 4.3.
